Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen dragonfruit or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 scoop (16g) vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup soy milk, or any milk of your choice

Topping Suggestions

  • 34 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. If using protein powder, blend the protein powder with the milk first.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen fruit, frozen banana, and milk.
  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, adjust the consistency by adding more soy milk. If it is too runny, then add some ice cubes.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
